Okay..so it's now 2016. 4 months with a hip flexor muscle tear..........no bueno! Stayed in bed since it hurt like non ones business! I pretty much did a self-rehab. No more pain! But all that staying in bed and stress eating..I gained 25lbs back!
So now....I'm at it again. at 50 I want to be the best 50 I can be. If I don't make the goal by the time the challenge ends...I'll keep going. No quitter here!
Back at the gym by 4-4:30am and I'm ready to get at it again.

I love it because it relieves my stress and anxiety. I HATE the act of getting on the treadmill or the stair stepper. BUT...when I start seeing results, than I LOVE getting on the treadmill or stair stepper! Ha! I feel elated that I actually "did it" when I finish my session. I just pump up my mp3 player and go.
As for lifting heavy like I've been doing lately? It feels wonderful to be powerful! A HUGE boost to my endurance also.
