I started working out after I had my daughters, wanting to drop the baby weight. I didn't have a lot of support or positive reinforcement and ended up stopping. About a year ago, I met someone who really inspired me to get moving. Seeing the results not just physically, but mentally and the way it's starting to inspire my girls to be active and healthy I can't imagine ever quitting!

Of course I love the physical effects of working out, slimming down and tightening up, but I love the high from a good workout and the sense of accomplishment when I can lift that little bit heavier or do one more rep than before.
