I will add those who have programs, who post regularly. I look for friends who motivate me through their activity, and hard work.
Lifted weights when I was younger and playing football and wrestling in high school. Continued for a bit after going to college and getting married but bills and family happened and I let that go to the way side. After reaching 420 lbs a year ago I decided it was time to make a change. Has taken some time to get things going, and coordinate changes. Started with eating (not so much quantity, but quality and when. Not eating all day and working a stressful job then going home and eating a days worth of calories in one sitting is not the way to go) Now hear I am 3 straight months of being in the gym at least 4 days a week. Have lost 30 lbs and hit a plateau. Hoping posting my workouts and staying motivated on this website will push me over the edge.
