I have been working out off and on since high school. I recently felt I was out of shape and needed to get back to the gym. A friend of mine decided the same and we joined a local gym together in October of 2011. At the same time my teenage son seemed interested and he has been joining us off and on. It has been fun having him train with me.

I love seeing the physical change take place. I enjoy the people I am meeting at the gym and the time that my son joins me. I am looking forward to where I will be in 3 months from now.
