I am tired of being tired. I have Narcolepsy and am at least 100 lbs or more overweight. I need to get this under control and change my bad habits. I am making 2014 a year of transformation. I WILL LOSE WEIGHT, I WILL HAVE VICTORY OVER MY WEIGHT. The Lord Jesus is with me and will help me!!!

I pray the Lord gives me a joy in working out. I'm not there yet, but I have faith that it will come. I need to force myself to just do it, but sometimes my Narcolepsy kicks in and sleep is better. I pray for a joy in living a healthy lifestyle, involving daily physical activities and clean eating, a joy that is incomprehensible and unexplainable, it is just there. I want that, I need that, especially to meet my goals by the end of the year.
