Started out as a way to help me feel better about myself. I was bullied much of my life growing up (Hearing problems). Got pretty much hooked after a few months and seeing my body transform. Eventually, I had built confidence up and no longer cared about my hearing aids and what people thought. I finally was free to be me. I've been working out for over 20 years now, and have been able to use it to help motivate and inspire others as well as myself.
Why I Love it
Personal self being and positive balance it allows me to be in. I love the pump and natural high I get for the rest of the day following a workout. Its up there with riding my Harley. I am in another state of mind.
