I started working out when I was 17 because I was overweight for so long and I was sick of it! One day I looked in the mirror and was so disgusted with what I saw that I started crying. I began the first of several at-home workout programs that I would complete over the years. However, my inconsistent dieting and workout ethic caused my weight to constantly go up and down. After finally going down enough, I decided to start a bulk about 4 months back with another at home program. But eventually, I sort of got sick of it. So, I finally decided to conquer my longstanding fear of the gym. And boy am I glad I did! I enjoy lifting weights and using the machines an feeling this newly found strength I never had before. I enjoy feeling like I am in the zone and working towards a better body. I can't wait to see where Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size program takes me!
