I woke up one morning wile on our Summer Holiday in December 2012 and my 4 year old boy Wian told me " daddy you are very Fat" at that was it! I decided to change my life and to have a ripped body by December 2013.

I see results on a weekly basis, I feel great and have a Zest for life. Ilove the brotherhood and friendships that I have formed over the past few months in the Gym. I now understand and respect bodybuilders as it is a way of life each meal count each rep has a purpose! I love this life!
