I've always had interest in improving my body and physique. However after having my daughter 6 years ago I gained all the weight I lost after having my son who is 13. January 2013 was when I knew I needed to kick things in to gear 3months later I lost 20 pounds and was on my way to being fit. I love how I feel when I work out and I love the way I look. I hope to achieve my goals of 15% body fat by the end of this year (hopefully sooner) Only I can cause my self to fail and failing is not an option!
I feel great, I love the way I look it's a natural high for me. Having the ability to be healthy helps me to guide other single moms out there who may feel they cant do it. I'm currently a BIO major and this is one of the reasons why I love health and fitness I hope to learn a lot more of how our body works so I can achieve my goals faster and help those I encounter along the way
