My loving daughter asked me to participate, since she is concerned about my health. I've been dealing with pain and heavy weight for many years and I have started to have some serious health issues. This was my chance to push myself out of the whole and make the change, so I can start living again. I Literally started on the 12th of January, joined a gym that day and worked out on the first day. Changed my diet by removing refined carbs and refined sugars completely. The rest is yet to follow.. :)

Ohhh, because it feels good!
