I've always been very active but I started noticing less energy and stamina and more weight gain (fat) as I hit my 40's. Started running and doing simple home exercises in 2016 to lose weight and get in better overall shape. I lost 25lb that way and was finally ready to gain back my strength and lean muscle in 2017...and here I am!
Why I Love it
I love physical work in general and physical activity...so that comes naturally. Seeing your body change and feeling yourself getting stronger and more energetic is a rush!
