I was at full time ballet school and wanted more lean muscle tone and to stay in shape during the school holidays. I wanted to be lean and strong but healthy and energized not skinny, tired and malnourished. I've continued a healthy lifestyle throughout my life as fitness is a journey and I love being able to push myself, create and reach goals, sculpt my body, feel fit, strong, healthy and be able to help others.
Where do I start? I love bodybuilding and working out to stay fit, healthy, and to take care of my body, have increased energy; endorphines, anti-aging benefits, ongoing learning and being able to educate and inspire others.
I've also met some really amazing, inspiring, educational, supportive and kind people through working out and competing. It's incredibly rewarding being in control of how we shape our bodies, to keep resetting and reaching for goals and the sense of accomplishment as each one is reached.
