Highschool sports were my original motivation. After High school I geared my workouts toward exceeding the standards to become a firefighter. Once I achieved my goal of becoming a firefighter I continued on to pushing my body to its natural limits.

The pump... Nothing is more satisfying than the pump I get after lifting heavy.
