I always wanted to be fit and muscular, yet my lazy side always got in the way. I was always active but never hit the gym and didn't take the necessary steps to even start that process.

I love working out because it makes me feel great along with being more energetic. The rewards are wonderful and it definitely shows. Family and friends notice the difference. My two young kids are also a motivational tool that helps me stay focused.
