I decided that I needed to make some changes in my life. When you turn 40, the things you neglected when you were younger seem more noticeable! Or maybe that's just me, but I figured it's better late than never. :)

It's certainly a great stress reliever, and a wonderful mood booster! I've noticed that now I feel guilty when I don't go to the gym, and that's a good thing for me. I also love cycling, so between the two I've grown to love fitness!
