I wanted to get in shape for a while however I was having a hard time finding motivation. Plus I work typically 60-80 hrs a week so I constantly felt exhausted and like I had no time to spare. I joined the #250kchallenge in January 2016 and instantly fell in love with the Bodyspace community and tracking my workout plan on my phone. Throughout the competition I stayed motivated and kept a consistent schedule with the gym which helped me see major results! The best part is that now I love working out and have completely changed my habits and routine to make sure I put my health first!

I love working out because I do it with my husband! We did the #250kchallenge together and set up the habit of going to the gym together every day. I have so much more energy when I go and I fell so much more confident about myself!
