I work offshore on a boat with some guys that have been doing it for along time. I started working out doing workouts that had my body hurt for days. I stuck with it and now I can't get the enough. I keep pushing myself and others every day.

The feeling of change and accomplishment. Not only is my body changing for the better. I set goals and achieve them. I look forward to every work out and love to see how I progress in strength and endurance.
