A friend of mine showed me this website, and I got motivated to start over. A couple of years back, I did competitive cheerleading, so through that I exercised 3 times a week. After I moved, and therefore quit the team, I've been feeling like my body is rotting away, and so with the right motivation I started to get back on track, hoping that this time I'll have the motivation to keep going!

Even though it tires me out, it gives me energy throughout the day, I'm more positive, and generally motivated for other activities the day might bring, and the fact that I'm working out helps me stay motivated to also keep a healthy diet.
