I have been teaching dance and fitness for 18 years and working in the Hospitality Industry.I saw this as a way to have a flexible schedule that would allow me to be a very present single parent. At almost 40 I was trying to graduate college and be in the best shape of my life. College Graduate in 2007 and 3 Bodybuilding Titles earned by October 2008.

I love how it makes me feel. I love sharing that feeling with other people and being the influence that drives them to be better.
