I have made today the day I start over to regain the feeling from the journey I completed with Max Muscle in 2001. Most people get in tip top shape and are changed forever, however in my case I came to the end of my journey, reached my goals, and didn't know how to maintain my weight. I'm sick of tired looking back at my before and after pictures saying, " I wish I could do it again." I finally got to my breaking point on Friday night and said enough is enough, I'm doing it again, and this time for good. It will require hard work, discipline, and dedication; I WILL DO IT AGAIN! Words cannot describe the feeling of being a lean mean machine, and I can't wait to be there again.
Starting Point: RULES
I will take each day one at a time
I will not beat myself up if I cheat or miss one workout
I will make it to the gym 4-6 times a week
I will do a minimum of 30 minutes of Cardio 4-6 times a week
I will not weigh myself once a month.
