i had always been a skinny kid in fact i was underweight up untill i entered high school. upon getting a gf i became lazy and got fat. it wasnt untill my best friend told me when i was 16 i had a gut ( i had a 40 inch waist at the time js). upon this realization i promtly began changing my eating habbits and began to workout. over the course of about 5-6 months i dropped about 25-30 lbs. afterwards i got a different gf and yet again fell into the habbit of being content with where i was and stopped lifting. it wasnt untill almost four months later when my best friend convinced me to get a gym membership with him. i did and i can honestly say that has been one of the best decisions ive made in my life.although ive faced obstacles along the way ( blizzards, school obligatins, work, not making any more gains) ive still continued going to train and seeking to be better than the guy i see in the mirror everyday
