I found myself weighing over 300lbs and on medication in my early 30's. I had enough, through strong convictions I realized that my current lifestyle was sinful and needed drastic changing!

I feel much better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! It gives me goals to work towards and allows me to meet some pretty incredible people.
