After going to the gym during my college years & doing a lot of cardio, I lost about 25lbs. I had my son about 2-3 years later & I let myself make excuses. I started again by using JNL Fusion workout video on the site. I love Jennifer & her positive attitude. This was the catalyst I needed to continue researching different programs like P90X, Krissy Mae Cagney plan, Liza Hughes 21 day challenge & Oxygen Magazine's 90 day challenge with both Erin Stern & Amanda Latona's plans. I have utilized all programs with my at-home/garage gym.
I feel awesome & become uncomfortable if I allow myself too much rest time between programs. I've realized through the years, my body type needs consistent movement. I am curvaceous & a regular fitness routine helps me feel sexy & confident for myself. It's provided my body with the care & attention it's always deserved. I had self destructive habits for years & body building has assisted in replacing that negative behavior.
