I have always been a 3 sport athlete in high school and in college I continued to stay active by playing on the rugby team. During the season we would run 2 a days and during the off season we worked to increase speed, strength, and our endurance. Now that college is over I am looking to do the same.
Why I Love it
I love working out because it keeps me healthy, makes me feel great, and I love a challenge. I want to stay in shape and look the best that i can at all times. I value my life and someday down the road I want to be that old guy that everyone says "damn he's in great shape for his age!"
