I first started working out in my moms basement in my teenage years. Trying to find anything in there to either do pull ups or dips or even anything heavy to lift. At that time I wasnt concerned with what I was doing was called body building, I just knew I wanted to look good. Since then Plenty of time has past and I stopped working out for quite a while, but now that Ive gotten older...I relize I need to pay more attention to my health. So that really motivates me to get back into body building.
I believe staying fit and eating healthy is a substantual part of being human, tho many do not listen to what there bodies are telling them they only "see" what they want, which is food. And I see truth in "you are what you eat". If your eating everything you see, than thats going to reflect on your overall health, body, and mental state. Clean energy doesnt only involve bio-cars and electric engines, clean energy is for us too, such as high protein meals, chicken and fish, and organic vegatables, as well as fruits and nuts among other clean foods, you get the point.
