I felt fatigued all the time. I didnt like how my body looked and felt out of shape. the simple tasks felt hard to do throughout the day. I wanted to make a change.

I love the sore feeling knowing I had a great workout. i like seeing the results. In my first week, I started at 207 lbs and about 10 days later, i am at 195 lbs. I want to continue to drop the fat, increase muscle mass, and hope to compete one day. I love the ripped pumped feeling of the muscles when hitting the last few reps.
