I have always worked out. ..on and off. I am more committed to my workouts now that I am older and my body does not bounce back as well as it used to. I have 4 kids and working out is definitely one of my priorities.

I love working out for the sore feeling. It's an amazing feeling to know that you continue to challenge yourself.
