I started Working out once I had a bad break up with my ex boyfriend where it lead me to bad depression. All I did was go out and drink and I always ate out and ate alot of unhealthy foods. I realized it was too late to lose weight in the summer and waited off til the Winter was over. I ended up gaining about 15 pounds because I let myself go. Spring of 2009 I signed up for the gym and got to work!
I love working out because I feel as I am in the best shape while doing so. I love the fitness industry and the gym itself because it keeps me going and striving for more. I like what I see on this page, I like seeing my idols like Ava Cowan, India Paulino makes me want to go harder and push myself until failure. Now in 2012 I decided to push myself to step on stage and win! Hopefully bring back a few trophies, and succeed, and If I don't I will still be a winner because I have better myself in all ways not just physically but definitely mentally :D
