I used to be quite fat, 165cm tall and 98kg of weight, I did lose weight after I got taller (194cm 72kg) but very little muscle I had at the time. Always wanted to do something more with my body.

It gives me amazing levels of self confidence which I never had, makes me feel happy that I can actually better myself with each gym day. It's an amazing lifestyle for me.
