I was an athlete for most of my life beginning third grade playing pop warner football which naturally lead me to begin playing around on my dads universal machine around 7th grade. My first time in the weight room I was about 12 and I was hooked. I worked out heavy starting my freshman year over training the hell out of my chest and legs( 5 sets of flat, incline, and decline 3 days a week lol). By 18 I had learned alot cleaning up my diet and got on a proper split and was in the best shape of my life. Not long after school I stopped lifting and began partying and eventually became a couch potato. In February 2012 after seeing the scale top over 225 I decided to make some changes and now I am more dedicated than ever with my diet, SLEEP, and training.
I love everything. I love the way I feel in and out of the gym, I love the structure it gives me, and most of all I love pushing myself. When it comes to being in shape you get what you put in, if you work hard and push yourself you will get results I love that.
I wrote the previous paragraph over a year ago and its amazing to me to think of the changes I have went through over that year, physically and even more so mentally. All of those things still apply but now there is even more of a passion and desire to work hard every minute of everyday. Bodybuilding is no longer something I do, its become my lifestyle. I have set a long term goal of getting on stage, and am doing everything I can to see it happen. 7 years to go
