My Father died October 2007 from obesity weighing in at 686 and i was weighing 300. I decided to change, and here i am today. Even though the journey of weight-loss will continue to be an issue and struggle i have two beautiful children to live for and will always do the work to maintain and live a healthier lifestyle than i ever had.
