After getting slower and heavier for decades, I figured if I didn't get in shape now, I never would. I then lost 15 pounds and got in decent shape for a snowboarding trip in December 2011. I managed to keep the weight off for nearly a year now, but feel like its time to take it to the next level.

I'm finding I can achieve my fitness goals if I can just stick with it. I feel great, and I look and feel better than I have in years. I love getting compliments at work for my improved physique!
