For years I did mostly cardio and bikram yoga....I was scared to get bulky. But when I wasn't getting the results I wanted I learned the women who had the look I wanted did bodybuilding.

I love bodybuilding since for the first time in my life I am getting results I have always wanted. Secondly I am not starving myself and doing hours of cardio. With this way of life, I feel energetic and strong.
