During the High School I was really tall 6'3�" (192 cm) and only 126(!)lbs (56kg). I was 17 when I started going down to the GYM. I won't forget one of the big guy's words for me: 'Rather go home and eat something first!' But I didn't go home... :) I trained hard and during the first 3 or 4 years there was nothing else for me but to make the scale display more and more weight. After 6 years my weight reached the 220 pounds and I was satisfied with my weight. It was 2010, when thought about that I shouldn't eat everything I could. It was the past when I took every opportunity to gain my weight. I realized that running after the pounds doesn't lead anywhere. So that was the point, when I decided to transform my body. I started to eat clean, changed my mental approach in connection with training.
I cannot imagine my life without this... Makes me strong, happy, muscular, healthy and confident.
