Back in High school I remember the couch taking us to the gym and introduction it to all of us. I was a skinny slim kid at the time and gym really didn't interest me at the time. When I got into college I started to learn the importance of having a healthy body for of course health but for looks wise as well. When i graduated college and moved for a job I gradually begin to gain more and more weight. I use to live at McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts. It was so bad that when I went to Dunkin Donuts in the morning the lady knew my order before I even ordered. But during that time my weight ballooned up to 215 lbs; I wasn't comfortable with the way I felt and looked and knew I needed to do something to change my life in order to be healthier and happier. And also on top of that I did my yearly medical exam and found out I had high blood pressure and cholesterol. So those were the eye openers for me. I got determined about working out and making a change. I ran across bodybuilding.com read the user's articles and stories and I realized if so many people can do it, make the change for the better why can't I be one of them. So from that day forward, I made it a mission to get in the best shape of my life and I haven't regretted a single moment of it and looking forward to continuing this awesome journey.
I love the results I'm getting. i also love getting the feedback from everyone and being able to share my story as well as listening to theirs. Once you start working out and seeing results it makes you want to go harder. It makes you want to be the best you, you possibly can be.
