Well I have been working out on and off since 2007. I went to Iraq and lost alot of weight then I came back and two years later I gained most of it back. I injured my shoulder on a convoy that put me out of working out for almost a year. I eventually had surgery. Im good now and ready to go. UPDATE! It's time to get it. I'm pretty motivated right now! 2018 It's time!

I love working out because it makes you feel good. When you are smaller you are alot more energized and active.
