It all started in my early 20's I really began looking into the fitness world! I thrived on gaining the knowledge and understanding of how healthy nutrition & fitness worked. I remember buying my first Oxygen magazine and I was hooked, I wanted all the womens muscle magazines so I could continually try to find new ways of being able to push my body in hopes of one day looking like the girls on those pages. Being so new I lacked the understanding of how it all worked and would get frustrated with no progress, I have learnt alot since then and continue to learn each day. I love the power that my body feels when working out and the positive energy I feel after, Fitness/nutrition/health are my passions!

It feels amazing and i love to push myself it truely has become my addiction.
