I lost weight.From 18/10/2012 to 18/10/2013 i lost 55kg(121lbs).I was 132kg(293lbs) and with the right nutrition and a lot of running I managed to reach 78kg(172lbs) in one year.And then gym got in the way in order to rebuilt the mess I've made through the ''dark'' years of my life.And I fell in love with lifting.

Because it changed me.And I know it's early to say but i can't imagine myself without lifting..!!
