I tried TRX in the summer of 2013 and found out the gym behind my place offers TRX classes. I did TRX for 5 months, along with spin and some HIIT classes to gain endurance and strength. I've gone harder and harder in my workouts and have been doing my own routines almost every day.

I am a baker and have worked as a pastry chef in the past, so I know my way around the kitchen pretty well. Although I bake at work with butter, white flour and sugar, I try my best to eat clean at home. I am creative with what I make, and find it relaxing to be in the kitchen. I have always eaten fairly healthy but as I kicked up my fitness level, I've tidied up my diet more and more to the point where it's not a drag to be eating "clean." I enjoy it. Healthy foods provide the best fuel for my training which of course yield the best results!
