I started with weights when I learned I had to complete a PT test including pushups for my unit. I have always loved to work out but never really had arm strength. Now after using weights for about a year I have noticed a big change and I am hooked on it :) I think the hardest thing about starting off was getting past that mental block of “Looking bulky if you use weights" it is not true and you will never get results until you use some kind of weights!
