I started back in 2006. Had to stop a year later after gaining 25lbs of lean mass for personal reasons and was never happy about it. Was excited to get back in the gym again just a few months ago. Looking to continue for the rest of my life.

Seeing the progress made through my hard work. Watching myself get bigger and better.
