I have always been somewhat of an athlete. Growing up I played soccer, basketball, track, volleyball and kept active. It was more about the team effort and fun with friends. Later I made the decision that I wanted to be a fit woman from the inside out. I started really eating clean and cut out all the 'diet food' crap. I wanted to push my physique to a whole new level and ended up getting trained by a former miss us fitness who taught me a lot about competing and the cosmetic aspect. I transformed myself from the inside out, relying on my drive and self sufficiency to mold my body. I am now a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I am working on fun things now like writing my own cookbooks and interacting more with the community. I also fitness model for fun and plan to take modeling a little further.
I love body building because I have control on the outcome of my physique. I have had my share of team sports, and I like the attention I can give some muscles while down playing others. I specifically prefer on a female body smaller quads, larger glutes, smaller obliques so the waist comes in, larger shoulders, sleeker biceps, and NO traps. At least not on women. This means I would never want to build a thick manly physique through workouts such as Crossfit. Doesn't mean I don't think the team aspect is fun...but I prefer solo concentration and more of a cosmetic appeal. My goal is to be fit and feminine...which is why I love being a bikini competitor. It's one of my many passions. I am looking to connect with women and men that are especially in San Diego where I live. I love making like minded friends! :)
