I've been an athlete my entire life (soccer, track, and XC), but just got into weight lifting in the last two years. I tore my meniscus training for the 2013 Boston Marathon and had to figure out how to stay fit and how to continue challenging myself and my body without making my injury any worse! I started by following Jamie Eason's Live Fit program to get myself acquainted with weight training and I fell in love with lifting!

I love bodybuilding because I love being strong! I love the feeling after a nice hard lift. What I love most is watching my body transform in ways I never expected. Bodybuilding has given me a new level of self confidence that I never had before I picked up a weight and before I decided to give my body the fuel that it needs by eating clean.
