I was always a little guy growing up. Could not put on weight at all. So I started getting serious about lifting about age 19. Then when I started to see a little results a started to learn a little about dieting and supplementation. I always knew I wanted to stay natural but did not know I could do so while using supplements like protein and creatine.
When I walk into the gym it is like I am entering a different realm. A realm where I can exert all my tension built up from reality. I strive to be the best I can be and learn about my body day to day. The gym for me is my sanctuary my moment of Zen. I do not go there to socialize and do not like to be disturbed while I am in there. I have trained for years by myself and have had partners in the past, but personally I am in my own state of mind and would rather go about my fitness journey alone, self motivated to the fullest.
