I noticed my body was changing - my metabolism was changing and I was unhappy with the rut I was in. Although I worked out throughout my years, I noticed that my drive was declining. One day, I was googling about new workout routines and came across Jamie Eason't livefit program. I was attracted to it instantly. I loved that it had weight training in it, which was an area that I always wanted to get into but didn't have a clue where to start. The simplicity of it made me give it a try.

Since I began weight training, I've noticed a change in my body, my energy, and my attitude. I am more confident than I was back in January, and my friends have remarked on the changed of my physique. I've even inspired them to come to the gym with me. I'm happier and more motivated and for those reasons, I love weight training and working out.
