When I got to college, fall 1995, I was 155 and 6'2". I decided I would change this and I did. By 2000 I was @ 185 and I reached an all time high of 198lbs, lean but not cut, in 2006. I now have to balence my aerobic load with keeping the weight on. Every pound I put on has to be run with and carried in the mountains in addition to a 55# pack and a 20# chainsaw during the wildfire season.

It feels great.
