I was always a fitness fanatic growing up until I had a very bad experience to which my ex was to insecure to let me go to the gym and me being in a bad place I let my self esteem and confidence Drop.
I had my 2nd child and have not been able to shift all the weight. I am with the love of my life who is supportive, loving and kind and who encourages me to go after anything that I want in my life.
He introduced me to heavy weights and I'm hooked but still finding it difficult to build up the will power to get into a routine and eat healthy.
I am one of those people who really benefits from the endorphins after a good solid workout. I enjoy pushing myself and constantly increasing my strength.
The most important thing for me is generally feeling healthy, not just from improving my fitness but getting the energy from the right food.
I know it's not a diet it is a life style and I really miss that life style. I know I can achieve it again and the more I accomplish at home the easier it is becoming to get into a routine.
