I started working out regularly over the last year when I set a goal to get in the best shape of my life and complete a Tough Mudder. In that preparation, I was introduced to crossfit and started running. I did bootcamp classes in morning and crossfit at night-I'm hooked! I love the way I feel and the example I'm setting as a mom of 3 & a healthcare professional! I'll never go back-I found my passion!!!
