After 4 pregnancies and gaining and then loosing about 60 pounds with each one, I needed something to get me back in shape. I have never been overweight, but I have been skinny fat! I tried running, but even though it helped with my physique and health - I really didn't enjoy it. Once I started lifting, however, I knew I had found my sweet spot! I started in 2013 and I've been setting goals and making progress ever since then. I can't imagine not making this a lifelong experience!

Life just makes sense in the gym, doesn't it? No matter what is happening at home or at work - I can go there and get in my zone and just feel strong and healthy. I love seeing the results of my hard work. I love challenging myself and feeling exhausted and yet energized when I walk out the door after a hard workout. This stuff is addictive!
