Originally I used to compete in professional armwrestling tournaments as well as in track and field events like shotput. I am more of a powerlifter so I have more of a heavy physique and the ability to lift large amounts. But now my goals are changing and im really wanting to look good for my wife and make her proud when I take my shirt off. So thats the long term goal and I really want to stick to it.

I love the pump I get after a great lift, and the powerful feeling I get when I know what I can accomplish. My confidence level rises every day when im actively staying fit. It just makes me feel better all around and I love improving myself.
